there are 8 to 10 students in the house on 4 floors. 3 rooms on the topfloor, 2 rooms on second floor and 3 rooms on first floor and 2 in the basement.
all the room´s are a very nice furnished single room, with good bed, wardrobe and desk. a wireless internet-access is available and you have access to bath and kitchen with all facilities with other students.
in the house are 4 floors with 9-10 rooms. two rooms, 01 and 02, are in the basement, along with a laundry with newly washing-machine, with access for all the roomers. three rooms are on the first floor (ground floor), 11a, 11b and 12, along with big kitchen, dining-room (lounge) and a bathroom and wc. two rooms are on the second floor, 21 and 22, along with nice kitchen and big lounge (dining- or livingroom). on the third floor are 3 rooms, 31, 32 and 33, along with wc and shower
booth kitchens are very well equipmentet with fridge, stove, coffee-machine, toaster and mixer. in the kitchen are also all tableware and good closets. in the kitchen on second floor is microwave-oven
prepayment of the rent before you arrive in iceland is not necessary, and you can pay the first day, when you meet up
the students do not share the same bathroom. there is two bathroom´s and two showers. on 3rd floor is wc and shower for the 3rd floor rooms. on the 1st floor is shower and WC for the other roomers.
the basementrenters share shower, wc, kitchen and livingroom-access with other roomers.
in livingroom is TV-SET and a DVD-player.
you don´t have to take with you bed-lininen and in the beds are comforter and pillow´s.
there is free very powerful wireless internetconnection in all rooms, with unlimited download
there is a washing machine in the basement and a iron on the third floor
the building has a small concrete backyard, very nice in warm days.
all rooms are about 12 to 14 sqm. exept room 31 that is about 8 sqm. and 33 that is about 24 sqm.
